THOMAS COUNTY, Ga. - A man has been sentenced to 25 years in prison for incest, aggravated child molestation and sodomy in Thomas County.
Deputy Clerk Sherry Taylor with Superior Court of Thomas County said that Travis Debrell Smith, 42, was sentenced on Thursday to serve two 30-year concurrent sentences with the first 25 years in prison and five years on probation.
While on probation, Smith will be under sex offender conditions.
According to court documents, between June 22, 2015 and June 25, 2015, Smith committed multiple explicit acts against a child, who was under the age of 16 at the time.
