TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL) - Tallahassee Police Department said they have arrested a man they believe was responsible for a string of 5 robberies over 2 months.
31-Year-Old Clarence Greene has been arrested and charged with a total of 5 robberies between August 19th and September 9th. Police said they arrested him Monday morning. Ironically enough, it was also Greene's birthday.
Police processed the fingerprints off a knife and cap Greene allegedly dropped after one of the robberies and confirmed a positive match. He also matched the description witnesses gave, further leading police to believe he was the suspect they were looking for.
