TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - A Tallahassee man is behind bars after police say he tased a person jogging earlier this week.
Douglas Rylance, 45, was arrested Tuesday.
Tallahassee police say Rylance was walking near Miccosukee Road when he randomly tased the jogger.
He took off once police got there but they eventually found him.
He faces a charge of aggravated assault with intent to commit a felony.
The unidentified jogger is doing okay.
