ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) - Authorities are investigating the shooting death of a hotel employee inside a parking garage at an Orlando hotel.

Orange County Sheriff's Office arrested 37-year-old Mathnald Dareus early Wednesday. He's charged with first-degree murder and aggravated assault in the slaying of 49-year old Cedilien Forestal.

Forestal was found dead in his vehicle Tuesday evening on the fifth floor of a garage at the Hyatt Regency on International Drive. The garage is a controlled access facility for guests and employees. The fifth floor is only for hotel employees and its vendors.

Authorities say they don't believe the shooting was a random act of violence, but didn't release a motive.

Dareus remains in jail. It was not immediately known whether he has an attorney.
