CRAWFORDVILLE, Fla. (WTXL) - A man was critically injured after being involved in a crash on Woodville Highway over the weekend, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
Troopers say the driver, Scott Michael Smith, was traveling south on the highway when he veered off the road and collided with a mailbox.
According to FHP, Smith then drove the car back onto the road, but the car overturned and rolled three times. The force ejected him from the driver's seat.
An investigation is pending into whether or not alcohol was a factor, however, troopers say the driver was not wearing his seatbelt.
