TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - A Tallahassee man has been arrested, accused of sexually assaulting three children for several years.
Ngoc Thach, 32, was taken into custody on Tuesday.
According to a probable cause document, Thach is accused of sexually assaulting three children between the ages of 10 and 16 for a number of years.
One of the victims told investigators the assault had been going on for at least five years.
When investigators interviewed Thach, he denied any sexual contact with the children, saying that the children had never confronted him about anything and were holding a grudge against him for personal matters.
He was arrested on Tuesday and charged with three counts of sexual battery on a child under 12 years old, three counts of sexual battery by familial or custodial authority, and three counts of lewd or lascivious molestation, victim 12-15.
Records show that Thach was also taken into custody on September 25 for domestic battery. That case is still open.
Thach is currently in jail on a $450,000 bond.
