ECHOLS COUNTY, GA. (WTXL)-- A man is dead after having accident on GA 135 in Echols County, Georgia Saturday.
According to Police, Kendrick Demetrius Spencer was traveling south attempting to go around a curve when his car traveled off the east shoulder of the roadway and struck a dirt embankment.
The vehicle then rolled over and was partially submerged in the water filled ditch.
Spencer was pronounced deceased on scene.
Troopers suspect alcohol to be a contributing factor, pending a toxicology report.
