TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - A man found guilty of shooting a woman in 2015 is scheduled to be sentenced Tuesday.
Darrell Paramore, 32, and the victim were in a car when Paramore "pistol-whipped" her, according to Leon County Court documents.
Police say the victim then tried to push the gun away from her, causing it to fire, and she was hit in the thigh.
Paramore's sentencing is set for 9:00 a.m. Tuesday.
