TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - A man has been sentenced to 364 days in jail after two women reported that he had touched them inappropriately during a massage.
Police said that Kaichen Zhang was found guilty of battery on Tuesday and was sentenced to 364 days in jail as well as a fine of $1,000.
The Tallahassee Police Department said that two female victims told them that Zhang was making unwanted advances while they were getting massages at the O'Chi Massage N Spa inside the Governor's Square Mall back in July.
Zhang was arrested and booked into Leon County Jail on Sept. 6th leading up to his conviction on Tuesday.
