TALLAHASSEE, FL - Tallahassee Police charge a man with vehicular manslaughter in a fatal crash.
The crash happened last March on Ocala Road near Continental Avenue.
The driver Mikanor Robert, 22, was arrested this week.
Court documents state Robert was driving recklessly, speeding upwards of 70 miles per hour and had drugs in his sysetm, when he hit a tree.
His passenger Guy Demosthene, 19, was killed in that crash.
Robert is being held in the Leon County Jail on a $15,000 bond.
