LOWNDES COUNTY, GA (WTXL) - A man from Hamilton County, Florida is charged in deadly Lowndes County crash.
The Georgia State Patrol says Jeremy Carter was under the influence on February 25th, 2015, when his Ford truck hit a Mustang, while trying to pass a school bus.
Kyle Ryan Naville and Logan Paige Shelley were killed.
Along with two counts of first degree vehicular homicide, the 35-year-old is also facing reckless driving, DUI, open container, and driving on a suspended license charges.
