BAINBRIDGE, Ga. (WTXL)--A man, recovering from a shooting in Decatur County, is being charged with murder.
Deputies were called to a mobile home in the Sandy Acres community Tuesday night around 11. He says three men were fighting.
Deputies say Leroy Wimberly shot Chris Strickland, killing him. That's when Chris' brother Josh Strickland wrestled the gun away from Wimberly and shot him.
Josh was injured in the fight and was taken into investigative custody. He's since been released.
Wimberly is at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital. He's being charged with murder, among others.
