JACKSON COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) - The Jackson County Sheriff's Office started investigating a burglary and theft at the Speed Track Store on 3409 Caverns Rd. on Friday, November 10.
The manager told deputies that the door had been unlocked with a key and the store's alarm had been disabled. After reviewing security footage, management was able to identify the male suspect as a former employee.
On Tuesday, December 5, investigators conducted a post-Miranda interview. In the interview the male suspect, Thomas Pilgram, admitted to committing the burglary and theft.
Pilgram was arrested and taken to the Jackson County Correctional Facility.
