TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - The man arrested in July for his involvement in a shooting that hurt a 17-month-old baby is scheduled to be in a Leon County Court room this Tuesday morning.
Police arrested Radale Tyson in July for the shooting at the Sunrise Place Apartments.
He faces a number of charges, including four counts of attempted first-degree murder.
