JACKSON COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) - Troopers say that a Bonifay man was arrested in Jackson County after a complainant told them he was naked and pleasuring himself while driving.
The Florida Highway Patrol said that on Saturday around 10:51 a.m., they received a complaint about a man traveling eastbound on I-10.
The complaint alleged that the driver of a pick-up was naked from the waist down and was actively pleasuring himself. They told troopers that the car had entered into the rest area at mile marker 133 in Jackson County.
When they made contact with the man, troopers were able to identify him as Danny Carroll, 55, of Bonifay, Fla.
While investigating, troopers searched the car and found marijuana. Eventually, investigators determined that there was enough probable cause to make the arrest.
Carroll is facing charges related to lewd and lascivious behavior, indecent exposure, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
