TALLAHASSEE, Fl. (WTXL) -- According to Tallahassee Police, an unoccupied runaway vehicle crashed after hitting parked cars. It happened near Lonnbladh Road.
A man who police say is involved with the vehicle, fled and took off in a tow truck. The tow truck happened to be on an assignment separate from the incident.
Michael Alliman, a man in his late 20s, was later found and arrested near Centerville and Betton Road.
