BAINBRIDGE, Ga. (WTXL) - A Bainbridge man has been arrested for possessing and selling marijuana as well as synthetic marijuana or "spice."
Jatuan Richardson, 21, was arrested by Bainbridge Public Safety on Friday.
Based on information gathered by investigators, a search warrant was conducted at Richardson's home at about 5:15 a.m. on June 29.
BPS says investigators searched the home of Richardson, where they found two bags containing the drug "spice," 14 baggies of marijuana, and $900 in cash.
Richardson admitted to investigators to the possession and sale of spice as well as marijuana.
Based on the evidence, Richardson is being charged with felony possession, sale, manufacture, or distribution of a controlled substance and felony possession of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute.
