TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Tallahassee Police have arrested a man accused of pointing a gun at two people at a gas station and threatening to kill them.
The Tallahassee Police Department says that the incident happened on Wednesday at the Marathon Gas Station on 1603 West Tharpe Street.
They say they received a call about a man, later identified as Brey'on Ashley, who was pointing a gun at two people near the gas pumps during an argument.
When officers arrived, they investigated, finding enough evidence to develop probable cause for Ashley's arrest.
Ashley was later arrested at Seminole Grand for pointing his gun at the victims, who also lived in Seminole Grand, and threatening to kill them.
TPD was able to locate the gun in question and impound it as evidence.
Ashley was transported to the Leon County Jail for processing.
