FRANKLIN COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) - A traffic stop resulted in Franklin County deputies arresting a man on drug charges.
Thorton Moses was arrested Monday morning for possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver, the Franklin County Sheriff's Office said on a Facebook post.
His vehicle was stopped because of an "indecipherable license plate" and, when it was searched, a deputy found a small clear baggie that field tested positive for methamphetamine.
