BAINBRIDGE, GA (WTXL) - A man was arrested in Bainbridge after someone complained that he was selling drugs from his King West Apartment.
Ernest Neal Foster, 59, was arrested on Wednesday and charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell or distribute and possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell or distribute within 1000 feet of a park or housing project.
Authorities say when they went to the apartment complex, they saw Foster remove a black bag from his backpack and put the bag into his pants.
When police went through the bag, they discovered 5 baggies with marijuana in them. They also say they found more marijuana in his backpack.
