HAMILTON Co, FL (WTXL) - An arrest has been made in a house fire that killed one person, according to authorities.
Jonard Edmund Banks was arrested in Charlton County, Georgia, says the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.
Officers say Banks is charged with arson and burglary for a Sunday morning house fire in Jennings, Florida. One person was killed in that fire.
Banks was taken to the Hamilton County Jail on Wednesday. He is being held without bond.
