TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - A man caught on surveillance video pulling out a gun at a Tallahassee gas station has been arrested.

The Tallahassee Police Department says George Johnson has been arrested and charged with three counts of aggravated assault.

Police say Johnson came to the Petro Gas Station at 2415 Jackson Bluff Road around 7:20 p.m. on July 26 and pulled out a gun.

Court records show Johnson was ordered to surrender all his weapons to law enforcement within two hours of his release. 

As of Thursday, Johnson remains in the Leon County Jail on a $5,000 bond.

Police are searching for a suspect in an aggravated assault with a firearm.

They say it happened on July 26 around 7:20 p.m. at the Petro Gas Station at 2415 Jackson Bluff Road.

He was driving a dark gray, 2015 or newer Chrysler 200.
