SUWANNEE CO., Fla. -- Suwanee County deputies have arrested a man accused of shooting and killing two brothers after a brawl at a cookout in Dowling Park.

According to the arrest report, the incident happened on Saturday, January 26, just before 10 p.m. Deputies say the incident happened at the home of 41-year-old Marcus Nathaniel Cole, which is on 225th Road.

Cole was reportedly having a party and a cookout at his home. About eleven people were there. The report says six of the men got into a fight, and one person,  31-year-old Joshua White, was cut in the back of the neck with a knife.

Shortly after the fight, officials say Cole went back into his house and got a rifle. The report states that Cole shot Abram Williams, who was trying to leave, in the back of the head. His brother, 46-year-old Michael Williams, was standing nearby; he was also shot.

Michael Williams died at the scene, and Abram Williams died Sunday (1/27/2013) at Shands Hospital in Gainesville.

Cole is charged with two counts of first degree murder.
