TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - The man accused of killing his girlfriend, her two children and their child together, made an appearance in court Wednesday.
Henry Segura's hearing came after issues arose about a witness statement from a woman Segura's attorney, Chuck Hobbs, represented in another case.
Hobbs was removed from the defense team last month.
The woman took the stand Wednesday morning.
Segura told the judge he wanted to move forward with his current attorneys.
His trial is scheduled to begin on July 31st.
