TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - UPDATE 11/27/17 2:08 PM: The man arrested back in July for a shooting that injured a 17-month-old baby will remain in jail.
On Monday, the attorneys for Radale Tyson requested an Arthur Hearing to have him released from jail.
However, a judge denied the request. Tyson is now being held at the Leon County Jail with no bond.
He was charged with four counts of attempted first degree murder, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and shooting into an occupied vehicle when he shot at a car at Sunrise Place Apartments, one of the bullets hitting a 17-month-old baby's hand.
Tallahassee Police and U.S. Marshals have arrested a man accused of injuring a baby in a shooting at Sunrise Place Apartments.
After an extensive investigation, Tallahassee Police Violent Crimes Investigators, with the assistance of the U.S. Marshals Task Force, authorities have arrested Radale Antwon Tyson.
TPD investigators arrested Radale Tyson, 27, Thursday afternoon and charged him with four counts of attempted first degree murder and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
A probable cause document alleges that Tyson had shot at a Lexus at Sunrise Place Apartments, one of the bullets hitting a 17-month-old baby's hand.
Documents say that a witness to the shooting told police that they believed the motive of the shooting to related to the shooting of Tyson's brother on Texas Street several weeks ago.
Tyson is currently in the Leon County Jail.
