Tallahassee, FL (WTXL)-- Making Awesome is opening its doors in Railroad Square after moving from its original building at Tallahassee Community College.
The company serves as a place for people to share space and equipment for use in a variety of different projects.
Members have access to Making Awesome's own equipment, like 3D printers.
The director of Making Awesome, Brad Harris, says they look forward to starting at the new location.
"It gives us access to the type of community that we feel like we belong to; the creative, entrepreneurial-like people that start businesses and have things going on from the creative side on a regular basis"
Railroad Square now hosts more than 50 studios, galleries, and small shops, which Making Awesome will join it its new spot.
The 10 acre area has been open now for 30 years, but recent efforts to revitalize the square and area around it have helped the development to flourish.
