MADISON CO-- The Madison County Sheriff's Office K-9, Miso, is getting some new digs, thanks to a charitable donation.
Miso will now wear a bullet and stab protective vest that should arrive in the next 2 to 3 months.
Miso's vest is donated by the non-profit organization "Vested Interest in K9's"
They have provided over 18-hundred protective vests since their inception at a cost of over 1.6 million dollars. Each vest costs about $1,050.00.
