MADISON CO., Fla. (WTXL) -- A Madison County man is in the hospital with serious injuries after a head-on crash with a semi.
It happened Monday around 6:30 p.m. on State Road 53 near Harvey Green Drive.
Florida Highway Patrol troopers say Berry Terry was trying to make a left turn when he collided with the semi.
The 59-year old was taken to Tallahassee Memorial with serious injuries. Charges are pending for failure to yield the right of way.
The driver of the semi was not injured.
