TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Tallahassee City Commissioner Scott Maddox says he will not resign in light of news he's being investigated by the FBI.
The commissioner tells WTXL there's still work to be done while he's in office.
Maddox and Tallahassee Downtown Improvement Authority Executive Director Paige Carter-Smith are specifically listed in a search warrant affidavit.
The FBI wants Apple to hand over records from his Apple ID's and I-Cloud account.
Maddox wouldn't go into detail about the investigation, but says he's focused on pushing forward on issues that matter to residents.
