Machine recount being held for Tallahassee City Commission Seat 3

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - A machine recount will be held for Tallahassee City Commission Seat 3 and a recount is possible for potential state-wide races.   

The recount for potential state-wide races will be declared by the Florida Secretary of State no later than 2:00 p.m. Saturday. 

All recounts and meetings will be held concurrently throughout the recount process. The Supervisors of Elections office will be closed for Veteran’s Day, but the recount will continue and all meetings are open to the public.   

The recount schedule will be posted at LeonVotes.org and is as follows:

• Saturday November 10^th, 2:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m.
• Sunday November 11^th, 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. (if necessary)
• Monday November 12^th, 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. (if necessary)
• Tuesday November 13^th, 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. (if necessary)
• Wednesday November 14^th, 10:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. (if necessary) 

The recount and Canvassing Board meetings are open to the public.
