TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Three million dollars is up for grabs and applications are being accepted for ideas that enhance art, culture and heritage in the Capital City.
Proposals must be submitted by public entities or non-profit organizations and must be located in either the Greater Frenchtown, Southside, or Downtown CRA District.
