(WTXL) - WTXL's exclusive video shows the court appearance of an Alabama man accused of sexually assaulting a young girl in a video posted online.

In court in Millbrook, Alabama, on Wednesday, Germaine Moore learned of the new charges against him and his multi-million dollar bond.

Moore is charged with first degree rape, facilitating travel of a child for an unlawful sex act and three counts of traveling to meet a child for an unlawful sex act.

Those counts represent three young victims.

Chief Deputy District Attorney C.J. Robinson told Judge Bill Lewis that Moore had an opportunity to turn himself in on Monday but fled from police.

In an unusual move, Moore addressed the Court, stating he was going to Michigan to turn himself in but turned around and came back.

Robinson used that information as ammunition to argue to increase Moore's bond, adding that he was a danger to society.

Robinson also shared that Moore was charged, but not convicted on multiple child sex counts in another jurisdiction.

Agents are still processing hard drives seized from Moore's house, which could result in additional charges.
