LOWNDES CO., GA (WALB) - A Lowndes County student scored big when she took the SAT in June.
Joyce Liu is a Lowndes High School senior who earned a perfect 1600 on her college entrance exam.
LaVerne Rome, director of public relations and REACH coordinator, said Liu plans to follow a pre-med path and major in Biology.
Rome said Liu is looking at several schools right now, including John Hopkins University, Columbia University, Duke University, UNC at Chapel Hill and Georgia Tech.
