LOWNDES COUNTY, GA (WTXL) - A Lowndes County woman is arrested for hiding a wanted man in her closet.
On Sunday, Lowndes County deputies were looking to pick up 38-year old Rickey Barron on outstanding warrants dating back to 2014.
They found out 32-year old Octavia Johnson was helping him hide in a closet at her home on Brandonshire Lane.
Johnson is charged with hindering the apprehension of a wanted person and obstruction of an officer. Barron's charges include probation violation, two counts battery family vioence, and four counts of cruelty to children
