VALDOSTA, Ga. -- Georgia Lottery officials say a winning Millionaire Jumbo Bucks ticket—worth a quarter-million dollars—was sold at a convenience store in Valdosta.

The lucky ticket was purchased at the One Stop #0002, located at 316 North Oak Street. The lucky winner is Cassandra Washington, a Valdosta resident. She claimed her prize Monday at the Georgia Lottery District Office in Tifton.

Lottery officials say Washington declined an offer to have her picture taken. She also did not want to provide any additional information.
