TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL) - The student code of conduct hearing for Florida State University quarterback Jameis Winston is still set to be held Tuesday.
The hearing has been delayed twice. It was originally scheduled for November 17th, and then it was changed after Winston's family adviser David Cornwell requested a delay.
The hearing will determine whether Winston violated four sections of the code of conduct: two for sexual misconduct and two for endangerment.
Another female student accused him of sexual assault in December 2012.
