Valdosta Police raise money for Shop with a Cop program

VALDOSTA, Ga. (WTXL)-- The Valdosta Police Department is hoping to make the holidays a little brighter for children in need.

On Saturday the police department teamed up with the Street Sweepers Auto Club to raise money for a program called Shop With a Cop.

Police will take 20 to 25 kids on a shopping trip to Walmart on December 16.
