VALDOSTA, GA (WTXL) -- A 66-year-old woman has been arrested on charges that she murdered her nursing home roommate.
Cynthia Weekley was found dead in her room at Crestwood Nursing Home Tuesday.
Police believe that 57-year-old Weekley was murdered by 66-year-old Janet Clements. Police say that the two were assigned to the same room at the nursing home.
Clements was arrested and charged with murder and aggravated assault by strangulation.
Police are still investigating this case and have not released a motive.
