VALDOSTA, GA (WTXL) -- Firefighters responded to a two alarm fire at a Valdosta club early Wednesday morning.
When the fire crews arrived on scene around 3:38 a.m. they said they found heavy smoke throughout the building. Crews searched the building, which is located on 2159 Bemiss Road, to make sure nobody was inside.
The fire was contained to where firefighters believe it originated, in the upstairs DJ booth.
At this time the cause of the fire is being investigated as a possible arson. Damage has been estimated at $40,000 dollars.
