UPDATE, 8:52p.m. (WTXL) - According to the Tallahassee Fire Department, the fire started in a bedroom.
No injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.

TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL) - A home on the 9900 block of Leaping Deer Lane was damaged Wednesday morning, according to the Tallahassee Fire Department.
They responded to the call at 9:29 a.m. and found two rooms of the house already on fire. Firefighters were able to stop the fire from spreading to the rest of the house.
The family in the home heard their fire alarm and was already outside when fire crews arrived on scene.
At this time, the cause of the fire is still under investigation.
