MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL)--Midway police have released the name ofthe Mayor's granddaughter who police say died Friday.
24-year-old Destani Davis was found dead in Mayor Ella Barber's home Friday morning.
We were able to get that police report.
It says Davis was found unresponsive in her bedroom and had not come out of her bedroom all morning.
Police aren't releasing many details at this time, but they say they believe her death was accidental.
The investigation though, still ongoing pending the results of an autopsy.
