TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL)-- A man is stabbed to death at a cook out while celebrating his birthday.
Tallahassee police say Cynthia Penny and Reginal Baldwin were in a romantic relationship.
At the cook out on Saturday afternoon, Penny allegedly slapped and punched Baldwin in the face.
Police say she went inside her apartment and grabbed a kitchen knife then stabbed him in the parking lot on the 21 hundred block of pasco street.
Baldwin was pronounced dead at the hospital.
Cynthia penny is charged with first degree homicide.
