TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL) - Two high school students were arrested on charges that they allegedly sexually assaulted a 15-year girl on September 22nd.
We reached out to the school district and Wednesday all they could tell us was that two students had been expelled for an incident off of the school's campus.
Leon County Schools issued a statement Thursday, saying "on September 24, Leon High School administrators began the expulsion process for two students involved in an off-campus incident that lead to their arrest."
In the redacted incident report from the Leon County Sheriff's Office, it stated that two juveniles were arrested on charges of sexual battery, victim incapacitated with drugs, and sexual battery with enhanced penalties with multiple perpetrators.
Documents show the assault happened September 22nd and was reported to deputies later that day. All information about the suspects and what happened was blacked out because the suspects and victim are all minors.
