TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL) -- Who has the best tasting tap water around? Apparently, Tallahassee does.
According to a study that was conducted by the Florida Section of the American Water Works Association (FSAWWA), Tallahassee now competes with 11 other regional winners to take the state title.
“We are so excited, especially because we won the state title in 2008 and now have the chance to do so again,” said Underground Utilities General Manager Mike Tadros. “We pride ourselves on the service that we provide and the passion that our employees have for ensuring the highest quality of life for our community.”
The cities water was judged on taste, appearance, color and quench factor.
