TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) -- Tallahassee Fire Department officials say at 1:44 am, three units from Station 1 responded to a fire at the Paradise Bar & Grill on the 1400 block of Meridian Rd.
On arrival, firefighters found a fire on the back deck that appeared to have spread from a trash can to the bar.
Officials say the fire was quickly extinguished and kept from spreading to the interior of the abandoned structure. They say there were no injuries reported and damages are estimated to be $5000.
