MARIANNA, FL (WTXL) -- Tuesday night, a sex-offender who had just been released from jail two weeks prior was taken into custody for several felony violations, said the Jackson County Sheriff's Office.

According to deputies, 35-year-old Christopher Hadden failed to register his whereabouts with the Sheriff’s Office as required by law. He also moved without changing the address on his driver’s license and failed to register a temporary address, which are both requirements under Florida Statute, said the Sheriff's office.

There are currently 169 sexual offenders, 12 of those are classified as sexual predators, in Jackson County, said the Sheriff’s Office.

Hadden is being charged with:

Failure to Change Address on Driver’s License

Failure to Register a Temporary Address

Failure to Register as a Sexual Offender Upon Release from Custody
