JASPER, FL (WTXL) -- An inmate escaped from the Hamilton Correctional Institution Annex Monday morning.
According to the Department of Corrections, Tyller Heyen escaped just after 8am while he was on a non-Department of Corrections supervised work activity. According to the DOC, Heyen drove off in a Hamilton County vehicle with the Tag number TC1506,
Heyen was originally sentenced to prison for Burglary is a minimum custody inmate.
