Moultrie says "NO" to saggy pants

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) -- Pull up, or pay up. The City of Moultrie has unanimoudsly passed a new ordinance to ban saggy pants.

The public indecency ordinance, cracks down on an array of lewd acts. The main targets are those sagging their pants three inches below there waist.

The ordinance also specifies seven acts of public indecencies in Moultrie.

Of those indecencies include lewd sexual activity, public urination and now added to the list, exposure of undergarments or better known as saggy pants.

The consequences include a $25 fine that could potentially increase. Other penalities include the completion of community service hours.
