TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) -- The first of three citizen-involved budget workshops with City of Tallahassee leaders will be held Monday.
Residents can pre-register to take part for any one of the three round table discussions focused on City of Tallahassee's 2014 budget.
Members of the city's Office of Budget and Policy are planning to host an interactive discussion with residents to help them understand information on key city services including police, public works, planning, economic community development, growth management, parks, transit, electric utilities, and fire.
During the budget presentation, citizens will have an opportunity to provide instant feedback as part of an interactive live polling process.
To pre-register, call (850) 891-8551 or complete the online form that can be found by clicking HERE. Those who pre-register will also be given a packet of budget information and entered into a drawing to win prizes from local businesses.
