TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL) -- Charges may soon be filed against an area doctor in the death of his wife, former model Samira Frasch.
Investigators say that Samira's body was found floating in her pool a few hours before Adam Frasch, her estranged husband, was seen leaving their home in February.
He was arrested later that day in Panama City with the couple’s two daughters. He was arrested on charges that he violated a custody agreement, but he has never been charged in his wife's death.
According to Chief Assistant State Attorney Georgia Cappleman, Adam Frasch is a suspect in his wife's murder and she hopes to have that case in front of the grand jury soon. The next grand jury is scheduled to convene on August 26.
The Samira Frasch murder case was supposed to go in front of the grand jury in June, however the case was delayed.
Adam Frasch was also recently declared incompetent to stand trial in his child custody violation trial. A judge in that case ordered him to start taking medication.
